Who we are
APCON & Co. provides ESG, CBAM and climate advisory services. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you use our contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.
- When you email or WhatsApp us: the details you choose to share.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider for security.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare and share a proposal you've asked for.
- To keep this website secure and prevent spam.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. We will not send you marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who host our website and email (currently Hostinger), only to run those services.
- Spam protection: our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a real person. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details only for this purpose.
- WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages you send us on WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep engagement records for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work securely. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add them, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Security
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
